Day Shift Hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Friday: 7:00am - 12:00 pm

As a TEAMMATE:

The successful candidate in this role, you will complete the final sub-assembly of our Hearing Balance Medical Devices. You will complete device calibration, electrical safety test activities and maintain 100% accuracy to all process related documentation to ensure our customers can continue to rely on our life enhancing diagnostic products.


What you’ll get to do in this role:

  • Stay up-to-date and follow all Quality System procedures related to this job, which can affect the quality of products or services provided to our customers.
  • Comply with procedures for each work step and ensure product meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Maintain training records up to date at all time.
  • Use calibration and test equipment while ensuring that all work documentation is completed as per Good Documentation Practices.
  • Ensure product meets quality standards and specifications
  • Inform Team Lead or Supervisor of any problems regarding the quality of the product, the equipment in use or paper work associated with the job.
  • Carry out light preventative maintenance activities.
  • Check that all production equipment has been calibrated or maintained before use.
  • Ensure hourly/daily output targets are met
  • Report any issues/damage to equipment to the Manufacturing Engineering Department.
  • Support Quality and Manufacturing Engineering Departments in problem solving and Continuous Improvement activities, where required.
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ensure your own health, safety & welfare and that of any other person who may be affected by your actions or omissions while at work.
  • Report any unsafe situations to Support Team.

What we are looking for:

  • Leaving Cert or equivalent level of education.
  • 1 to 2 years related experience on a Production line in a Medical Device or Electronics environment.
  • Competent and able to use electronic test equipment.
  • Must be computer literate and able to use MS Office applications.
  • Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new processes fast
  • Excellent time and attendance record
